Slum Landlord extraordinaire, who charges you the maximum for that shat on shack.
The maintenance and repairs aren't very thorough, owns a few properties in the borough. Says he has a mate on the council, together they form one big huge asshall.
If you owe him a few quid it's not a packet, if he sees you in town he''ll grab you and rip your jacket.
Eviction Order : He wants us all out, some of us are sitting tenants and have been here for 7 years : We have rights.
When he feels his house is over run, he'll come round and give it the Big One.
Threatening the use of legal forces, and other horses for courses :
